BACK TO REALITY

Back to school, work and the reality of limited time vs PCP!!

Man that was a shock.. after finishing work at 7pm, shopping for groceries and PCP i finally sat down for my dinner and an episode of Modern Family at 9:15pm - not your mate, but if you're not gonna sacrifice on your food,  guess this is the hard part that people talk about on their blogs - thinking  a gym membership will have to be done for 2 months on the darkside so i can go before/after lunch.

Workout was great today - after a long flight - def what i needed to help shift the jet lag - liked the sideways curls, and almost completed the pull ups... with a lot of difficulty. Feeling a massive improvement in my dexterity.

Anyway here are the pictures now that my wife has returned with the camera- Looking forward to seeing more improvements, and getting rid of that lower belly.

Day 19 - weight 84 kg, 33.5in on the waist.





Big Day 1 - 87,5kg 35.5inch waist

  3. You look great, man! You've got a really great platform to start from. Make sure to follow the diet to the letter, and put all you can into the entire repetition during the exercises. You'll flip over the results.
